Participation rules
• A minimum of 15 categories must be filled out for the ballot to be counted.
• Only votes for Whatcom County businesses will be counted.
• We reserve the right to disqualify businesses that conduct ballot-stuffing campaigns.
• One online vote per email address.
• Employees of The Bellingham Herald, its parent company and their respective affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies and other agents, and the immediate families of or any persons domiciled with such employees, may not participate.
